Here's a really cool abstract-but-not-really photo from a place called "Twenty Mule Team Canyon," named after the teams of mules they needed to haul out borax after mining it. To give a sense of scale, the little poofy bushes in the lower left corner would probably go about up to your waist. It was a pretty huge landscape, and very colorful. It's named after the Pink Floyd song of course :)
I love this photo because it's really fun to zoom in on and pan around - there's all kinds of neat designs and compositions everywhere. It'd be great divided up for one of those "panel" photos because each panel could be a picture on its own.
